Complete these steps
- From the Wii U Menu, select System Settings.
- Using the Left Stick scroll to the Console Information icon and press the A Button.
- Select Set Country of Residence.
- If prompted, enter the four-digit PIN. If the four-digit PIN has been forgotten, it will need to be reset.
- Select the desired country then press the A Button.
- Tap OK.
