Will Club Nintendo be replaced with a new loyalty program?
Nintendo of America will be announcing a new customer loyalty program at a later date.

In the meantime, please make sure to check www.nintendo.com for information about upcoming promotions and releases.

Why is Club Nintendo ending?
We've decided to discontinue the Club Nintendo program in order to focus on a new program for Nintendo fans. Club Nintendo replaced the previous My Nintendo rewards program in December 2008. For the past six years, Club Nintendo has been a great way to reward our loyal fans with free games and items. We're always looking for fun new ways to interact with our fans, and we hope to share additional details on a new customer loyalty program soon.

Can I still join Club Nintendo?
The last day to join Club Nintendo, register products, and complete surveys for Coins was 3/31/15. Club Nintendo members can redeem Coins through 6/30/15.

Will I still be able to log in to Club Nintendo and see my account history?
You will be able to log in to Club Nintendo through 6/30/15.

The Club Nintendo website will be retired on 7/1/15. You will not be able to log in, view your account history, or order rewards after 6/30/15.

Will I still be able to access Nintendo's Tech Support Forums?
Yes. Log in to the forums will remain available for now.

Product Registration & Surveys

How much time do I have to register new products?
The last day to register products, register for a warranty extension, complete surveys and earn Coins was 3/31/15. All PIN numbers and surveys expired on 4/1/15, and cannot be used to earn additional Coins.

Purchases made in the Nintendo eShop on or after 4/1/15 do not qualify for Club Nintendo, and cannot be registered for surveys or Coins.

Will new products have Club Nintendo PIN numbers?
Any new software or hardware releasing on or after 1/20/15 will not include a PIN and cannot be registered to Club Nintendo as either a physical or digital purchase.
Products released prior to 1/20/15 may still include a Club Nintendo PIN insert, and can be registered until 3/31/15.

My PIN number expires after 3/31/15. Can I still register it later?
No. Products can only be registered until 3/31/15, regardless of the expiration date written on the card.

Will I be able to redeem unused Club Nintendo PIN numbers in the new loyalty program?
The new customer loyalty program will have its own special features. All PIN numbers for current games expired on 4/1/15. Stay tuned for more information about the new loyalty program.

Do I have to unlink my Club Nintendo account from my system?
No. Your account will remain linked for the time being. Coins will no longer be earned for digital purchases made after 3/31/2015.

Coins & Rewards

When do my Club Nintendo Coins expire?
All Club Nintendo Coins will expire on 7/1/15, so you have through 6/30/15 to redeem them for rewards or downloadable games. We will be adding lots of new digital games and physical rewards to the Club Nintendo catalog, so we're confident you will find something you like!

Can I use my Club Nintendo Coins in Nintendo's Online Store or save them for a future loyalty program?
Club Nintendo Coins can only be used towards Club Nintendo rewards. Any unused Coins will expire on 7/1/15, and cannot be used for other products or programs.

Are new Club Nintendo rewards available?
We have added dozens of digital games and physical reward items to the Club Nintendo rewards catalog. If you've been stockpiling your Coins, now is the perfect time to use them!

Will my download code ever expire?
Download codes from Club Nintendo can be redeemed in the Nintendo eShop through 7/31/15. Any unredeemed codes will expire on 8/1/15.

Please note that games can be re-downloaded as often as you wish, as long as the download code is first redeemed prior to 8/1/15.

2015 Elite Status

Can I still qualify for Elite Status this year?
The deadline to qualify for Elite Status was 3/31/15. Club Nintendo members who earned 300 Coins for the current Club Nintendo year qualified for Gold status, and members who earned 600 Coins qualified for Platinum status. Elite Status members can redeem their gift from 4/1/15 - 4/30/15.

What Elite Status Gifts are available for 2015?
Any Club Nintendo members who have reached Gold (300 Coins) or Platinum (600 Coins) status by 3/31/15 can choose from a wide selection of downloadable Wii U or Nintendo 3DS games as a final Elite Status Gift. A list of the 2015 Elite Status Gifts for Platinum and Gold members is located here.

Club Nintendo Promotions

Can I still participate in the Mewtwo DLC promotion through Club Nintendo?
Anyone that registered both Super Smash Bros for Wii U and Super Smash Bros for Nintendo 3DS by 3/31/15 will be eligible to receive the Mewtwo DLC for both games. Download codes will be sent to all qualifying members in the Spring of 2015.

I qualified for the Super Smash Bros Soundtrack CD. Will I still receive the soundtrack?
Yes. Anyone that registered both Super Smash Bros for Wii U and Super Smash Bros for Nintendo 3DS by 1/13/15 qualified for the Super Smash Bros Soundtrack CD. All soundtrack orders were shipped by the end of March 2015.
